Initiate Your Request
Log into your AGARO account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
